My client is a commercial contractor with over 45 years of experience in building. They have been listed as one of the top 400 general contractors in the United States by ENR. The company has its corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC, and also has offices located in Greenville and Charleston, SC.
They have a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from K-12, higher education, and municipal to industrial, faith-based, medical office, senior living, office, corporate interiors, and entertainment. The projects range from complex multi-faceted structures to interior renovations.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Superintendent, your main role is to oversee the complete management of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and safety. Your primary responsibilities will include:

When you first contact us, be that through direct contact, responding to an advert or applying through our website, we will connect you with a consultant who works in your specialist area.
Initially, they will arrange a meeting to talk through your CV and career history. They will encourage you to go into detail about your background and experiences, capabilities and responsibilities, personal circumstances and any other factors they feel are relevant to help them build up a well-rounded profile of you.
