My client is a Heavy Civils firm with a brilliant reputation within the market, a heavy Civils with a great senior management team, and a strong order book. They’ve been operating for nearly 40 years and focus on infrastructure work, underground utilities, landfill closures, excavation support systems, deep foundations, directional drilling, and demolition work. They self-perform their concrete works, SOE, excavations, piling, and demolition. The size of the projects they work on can range anywhere in value between $10M – $80M.
ABOUT THE ROLE
About the opportunity
My client is looking for a Project Manager with the capability of managing portfolio work, circa $100M, you will oversee 2 or 3 projects at once. These projects will be a mixture of Wastewater treatment plants, Airport works, and heavy highway works.
You will help take these projects from Pre-Construction through to project completion.

REQUIREMENTS
I am looking for someone who has a track record, working as a Project Manager on heavy civil projects, and self-performing civils work. You will need at least 5 years of experience within the sector and experience managing projects between $10M – $50M.
REWARDS AND BENEFITS
My client offers a great working environment, reporting to a great senior management team, which makes it an enjoyable place to work. You will be rewarded with a salary ranging between $150,000 – $190,000 with a strong benefits package.

Initially, they will arrange a meeting to talk through your CV and career history.
