ABOUT THE ROLE
About the Role
This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple large-scale commercial projects or a major flagship project from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll provide strategic direction, lead high-performing teams, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.
You’ll play a critical role in driving overall project performance, mentoring project teams, and aligning operational execution with business objectives.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Provide executive oversight across one or multiple projects from planning through completion
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Engineers, and field leadership teams
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and overall project strategy at a high level
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Drive business performance, ensuring profitability and operational excellence
• Oversee subcontractor strategy, procurement, and high-level negotiations
• Ensure alignment between field operations and project management teams
• Identify and mitigate risks across projects to ensure successful delivery
• Monitor financial performance, including forecasting, cost control, and margin improvement
• Lead executive-level meetings and provide clear communication to stakeholder
