ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support the successful delivery of major construction projects across sectors including multi-family, hospitality, and industrial. Typical project values range from $60M–$80M, with flagship developments exceeding $100M.
Key responsibilities include:
REQUIREMENTS
2–3 years’ experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager with a General Contractor
Strong communication skills with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
Experience using construction management software, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp (preferred)
Degree or Associate qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
