ABOUT THE ROLE
As Senior General Superintendent, you will provide senior-level oversight across major commercial construction projects, leading field operations and managing multiple General Superintendents and Superintendent teams.
You will typically oversee two large projects simultaneously, although projects valued at $300M+ would generally receive your sole focus.
You will have approximately 4 General Superintendents reporting directly to you, with their Superintendent teams reporting through them. Overall, you will provide leadership and oversight across approximately 20–30 Superintendents.
