ABOUT THE ROLE

About the Role

As a Regional Sales Engineer, you’ll be responsible for driving a 50% annual growth rate in large/commercial system sales across the Midwest territory. This role focuses on building strong relationships with consulting engineers, regulators, and developers to secure specifications for advanced treatment systems. Key activities include in-person visits, technical presentations, CRM-based project tracking, and active involvement in industry events. You’ll also provide occasional technical support on single-family systems and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (PE a plus)

  • 5+ years in technical sales or engineering roles involving decentralized wastewater systems or related infrastructure

  • Proven ability to present technical content and close large project deals

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM tools

  • Comfortable working from a home office with frequent travel (1–3 nights per week)

  • Must reside in WI, MS, ND, SD, IL, IA, NE or surrounding areas

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
