ABOUT THE ROLE
As Project Manager, you’ll oversee projects from $2M–$25M+, managing everything from preconstruction and scheduling to subcontractor coordination, financial controls, and client relations. Partnering with superintendents and engineers, you’ll lead projects from setup through closeout while ensuring safety, quality, and profitability at every step.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
5+ years as a Project Manager in heavy civil/highway/infrastructure
Experience with utilities, drainage, paving, excavation, traffic control, and grading
Familiarity with Procore, HCSS, Sage 300, Primavera P6, Bluebeam a plus
Strong leadership, organizational, and client-facing skills
Valid driver’s license + ability to pass pre-employment checks
