ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a Director of Estimating opportunity for someone looking to lead and shape a growing preconstruction department. The position will oversee estimating strategy, mentor a team of estimators, and work closely with executive leadership to drive competitive bids and long-term business growth.
You’ll play a key role in securing major projects across Manhattan while building scalable estimating processes and strengthening relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
