ABOUT THE ROLE
As Project Manager within the Special Projects team, you will take ownership of tenant improvement (TI) and small ground-up construction projects based in Richmond, VA. This is a highly hands-on, fast-paced role requiring strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously. This position is 100% office-based in Richmond with daily in-person collaboration required.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing TI and small ground-up commercial projects from start to finish
• Coordinating subcontractors, consultants, and field teams
• Overseeing budgets, schedules, and project delivery timelines
• Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Supporting client communication and maintaining strong relationships
• Driving project execution in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
• Ensuring quality, safety, and compliance standards are met
REQUIREMENTS
• 3–7+ years’ experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
• Strong background in commercial TI and/or small ground-up projects
• Ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects simultaneously
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam)
• Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

Competitive base salary in the range of $100,000 – $130,000, depending on experience
