ABOUT THE ROLE
They’re seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations on complex infrastructure projects across New Jersey and the NYC metro area. This role will manage labor, equipment, subcontractors, and safety on-site while driving productivity and quality in accordance with contract specs and schedules.
REQUIREMENTS
8+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
Experience with highway, airport, utility, or bridge scopes
Ability to read plans, manage crews, and coordinate field operations efficiently
Proven leadership on DOT or other agency-driven projects
Strong understanding of safety protocols and field logistics
OSHA 30 required; additional safety or agency certifications a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
