Richard joined Cityscape Recruitment at an opportune moment in January 2023 when we were gaining momentum with our 1st steps into the US market. Having taken a leap of faith by joining the business, he has helped us to fast forward our presence on the ground in New York and helped with the physical office start-up.
Richard has settled into the business seamlessly from the very start and has been a joy to work with.
Fast forward 12 months – we have a team of 4 people enjoying great success across the US market and we have just moved into a larger office this week to allow for further growth.
It has been a roller-coaster ride over the last 12 months with many challenges. However, Richard’s commitment to the bigger picture has never been in question. He has had the enviable job of not just starting from scratch but also working in an office on his own for a full year which provides a challenge in itself.
